We only collect the absolute minimum information required to manufacture and deliver your mattress:

• Name & Phone Number: So our delivery tempo driver can call you when they reach your location in Gurgaon.
• Delivery Address: To deliver your mattress directly from our factory floor to your bedroom.
• Order Details: Mattress dimensions, quality choice, and price for manufacturing.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used for order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and future warranty claims. We do not run spam SMS campaigns, we do not have an annoying newsletter, and we will never call you to sell you pillows.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your address and phone number are only shared with our internal delivery staff (like Porter drivers) solely for the purpose of getting your mattress to you safely.

4. Payment Security

We process payments via secure UPI gateways (Cash on Delivery or Prepaid UPI). We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.
