What firmness is right for my sleeping position?

For side sleepers, our Comfort Cloud (medium-soft) is ideal for shoulder and hip cushioning. Back and stomach sleepers generally prefer our Standard Multi-Layer (medium-firm) to maintain proper spinal alignment. Our Economy PG model is on the firmer side, making it great for everyday back support.

How do I choose the right thickness?

We recommend 4 to 5 inches for daily adult use on standard cots to provide adequate cushioning and support. If you are buying for a kids' bed, bunk bed, or occasional guest use on the floor, 3 to 4 inches is usually sufficient.

Do you take old mattresses in exchange?

No, we do not take old mattresses in exchange. We are a factory-direct manufacturer and only produce and sell 100% brand new, hygienic products directly from the assembly line.
