Heavy-duty fabric covers are stitched over the foam core on our factory machines for maximum durability.
Tape edges are applied and final layers are secured to prevent sagging over the years.
We measure the final dimensions and inspect the stitching before packaging.
The mattress is sealed and loaded onto local transport (Porter/Tempo) for direct delivery to your home.
